The Hit-2-3 Strumming Pattern (from the song “To Live”)

A triplet strumming pattern with a curled finger hit to the strings as the first beat division.  First, a light hit to the strings near where the end off the fretboard and the top of the sound whole meet.   Curl your fingers in so that you hit with the nail side. Second,  strum downwards with the nail side of the fingers. Third, strum up with the nail side of the thumb.
